Business owners complaining they can no longer employ cheap labour need to remember where they are.
They bring in staff from their own country and pay them peanuts.
That's not the NZ way.
Now they say a new law requiring skilled immigrants to earn $49,000 a year will ruin them.
Tough.
Pay decent wages or take your business somewhere else.

Go Wally! ✊

"According to the witness that was driving behind the truck at 70 mph, Wally fought like hell to get the gate up at the rear of the truck. On his fourth or fifth attempt, he succeeded and squeezed his body out from under the gate.

Wally looked over the edge, and Wally JUMPED."

The dairy industry doesn't make New Zealand any money. It costs taxpayers as much to clean up the pollution as we get back from jobs and taxes.

But there is another way.

By working with nature, we pay less in clean up costs and, by selling a premium product, farmers could earn more money.
