This photo was taken after long hours of searching bushland for a missing person. Fortunately, this story had a happy ending and the person was found safe and well.

Did you see a collision on Pialligo Avenue yesterday morning?

At about 6.30am, a grey coloured Ford utility was travelling east along Pialligo Avenue when it collided with a maroon Toyota Camry sedan travelling in the opposite direction.

Recently, officers at Gungahlin Police Station were delighted to receive a ‘Gratitude plate’ from the kids at Foundation Early Learning Yerrabi Ponds. The idea is to fill the plate with treats and give it to community members to show your appreciation for what they do.

A few students from Canberra’s South decided to raise money for an iPad to entertain their friend recovering in hospital after a collision. Police from Tuggeranong Station were happy to dig into their own pockets to help out. Here’s a photo they took before heading to hospital to deliver their surprise.

On 1 May, we sought the public’s assistance to identify three men after an assault at the Mr Wolf nightclub.
