This is what we got up to yesterday. AIME staff wore their brightest outfits and helped create a giant fluro wave down Bondi Beach.

It can be scary to ask for help but if you're feeling alone, reach out and there will always be a hand to hold. It's ok not to be ok.

Happy 4th birthday OneWave.

On June 20 we will share a film from an Oscar award nominated director, telling the story of a broken machine, a machine that is creating an unfair world, a world where 64 people hold the same wealth as half the globe’s population.

Today, we offer you the chance before the launch to take our story into your hands and join our team as a mentor.

When Yamatji-Badimia woman Banok Rind was in High School, she was told that she would never amount to anything and would grow up to be an unemployed drunk. Apparently that's what Aboriginal people were.

Her teachers didn't think she'd make it to year 11 or 12, let alone university.

But these hurtful comments only made Banok more determined to prove everyone wrong. She completed high school...

Vincent Buckskin (pictured) and his siblings will be the first people to claim traditional Kaurna language as their mother tongue in more than 150 years.

Growing up, Vincent's father Jack Buckskin was able to speak a few words in traditional language but never knew how it all flowed together without any English or which language he was actually speaking.

"Today is International Women's Day.

I want to thank my Mum for being such an incredible role model, guide, point of strength and for always showing me the power that women hold.

I want every young girl or boy to have the chance to see a future for women that me and my sisters have been lucky to see through our Mum. A future where your potential is limitless, where no one can hold you back...

Dude, where are these two people, the jobs are waiting and close this Friday...

There are two roles we are still looking to fill. One is a mentor/Program Manager in Western Sydney and the other is to work alongside me creating film content, someone with editing and camera skillz.

I was hoping you could take 35 seconds… do a little mind map, think about who you might know that could know...

"I signed on as an AIME mentor in 2016 when I was studying youth work at Edith Cowan University.

It sounded really interesting and aligned with my studies and what I was doing for a living so I wanted to be a part of it!

The vibe on the first day was awesome. There was just this feeling of togetherness with all the mentors and mentees in the one place. I felt really inspired and couldn't...
