Here's a selection of some of the pictures we took on our second day in England. Put many miles on the car and saw tons of great stuff. Will have a detailed feature for the Anglotiopia Magazine on Milton Abbas and Abbey - it's a very interesting place! It's was a bit cloud today but the weather was lovely and we had a nice walk in the countryside followed by tea & cake at Kingston Lacey (see...

For those wondering, this is our hire car. It's a Mercedes GLC. We did not pick this car, we reserved the cheapest automatic but because we're gold members they upgraded us to it for free. First of all, I feel I should apologise to all my lovely readers for the slight lateness of this month’s blog. It’s been the February half-term school holidays this last week, and we’ve had a lovely, but busy time with our two boys both going out for days and having fun at home on the farm. It’s back to school now, so normal service will now resume. [ 1,068 more word ]

This new adaptation of the King Arthur story by director Guy Ritchie is starting to look better with each preview. Robbed of his birthright, Arthur comes up the hard way in the back alleys of the city. But once he pulls the sword from the stone, he is forced to acknowledge his true legacy - whether he likes it or not. Check it out below. We can't wait to see this!

A selection of some of the photos we took in Winchester today. We'll cover Winchester in more detail in a future magazine article but we wanted to share some highlights from the day. We visited two places important in the life of Jane Austen. Please forgive that I have not had a chance to edit or touch up these pictures.

Many have been called to serve in Her Majesty's Armed Forces over the centuries. Even those who achieved fame later in life spent time in the British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Marines, or Royal Air Force early in their lives. Of course, being an actor doesn't mean that these ten individuals made propaganda films or provided moral support for the troops. [ 629 more words ]
