"They earned a chance to be in New Orleans at a big-time bowl. You want them to have fun. You’re going down there to win the game. That’s the main focus, is to go win the game,” says Auburn LB coach Travis Williams, who helped the Tigers win their most recent Sugar Bowl trip in 2005.
"It’ll be a good challenge. I think that will probably be a key to the game, their offense versus our defense,” says Gus Malzahn, of the Allstate Sugar Bowl matchup that pits Auburn's stingy defense against Oklahoma's explosive offense.
