If you've visited our Embassy in DC you would have noticed the large Aboriginal paintings by Uta Uta Tjangala hanging from the main hall. These paintings had been on loan from Artbank since the late 90’s (almost 20 years!) and are now headed back home to Australia for cleaning and rest. It has been amazing to have such culturally significant artworks at the Embassy and we are sad to see them...
