A man has suffered a head injury after he was reportedly hit by debris from the roof of the new Tube entrance at London Victoria station.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said the man was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken as a priority to hospital.

London fire fighters were called to the scene to prevent further damage to the roof of the entrance.
