One of the oldest fishing ports in the country is looking at ways to expand. Plymouth City Council has earmarked the fish quay as an area to develop in support of the industry. But as our Environment Correspondent Adrian Campbell reports there's a difference of opinion about what the final plans should be for the site.

A woman with Multiple Sclerosis says her life has been transformed with the help of a simple wooden frame.
Sally Morgan from Ivybridge hasn't been able to stand for nearly ten years. She's been taking part in a trial run by Plymouth University and is now able to be upright for about an hour a day.
