45 ml Belvedere Vodka
10 ml Cocchi Americano
2 dashes absinthe
2.5 ml crème de pêche
1 grapefruit twist, as garnish
1 drop eucalyptus oil, as garnish
Shake hard over ice and double-strain into a chilled coupette. Add the garnish. 2.5 standard drinks.
