This year Milan Design week (April 4 - 9) will host an exhibition DOUTDESign. It is organized by Zona Santambrogio design district and dedicated to young emerging designers. One of the participants is Sandra Lundberg with her interactive lamp “Presence” .

This bug robot is a flying water taxi which will start operating in Paris this summer. “Sea Bubbles” were designed by Alain Thébault and Anders Bringdal, who had already created a revolutionary speedy boat in 2009. The futuristic taxis are powered by electricity and will be used with an application similar to Uber.

The idea behind Anaisa Franco’s public sculpture “The Heart of the City” is to bring closer the heartbeat of the citizens.
It is a three-seat chair molded after the shape of a human heart which syncs with the rhythm of visitors heartbeats by using a finger pulse sensor. Then the sculpture will light up in vibrant neon lights, flashing in the rhythm of their pulse.
