Boost your body’s defense with this delicious pumpkin-cinnamon-smoothie.
Mix 150g of a Hokkaido pumpkin’s pulp with one banana, 50g of cashews and a handful of dates. Add 500ml of water and one teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix all ingredients with our SilentMixx until it’s creamy. If your smoothie is too thick, simply add a little more water.
