Plyometrics, Jumping, Sprinting, Explosive throwing, boxing, etc....

Plyos are drills, many times that incorporate JUMPING. High explosive drills meant to created better Athletic performance. Why are we trying to train like we want to become a pro athlete? Seriously do you think you have a chance? LOL! I don't see...

I run 3-4 times a week but not very far...shorter more effective running is vital to getting lean. I also lift weights to maintain healthy hormones, Oh and BTW- I Run in long socks to keep my legs safe
