Deadlifts first today, set 1 the rep range was 5-6 and pulled 170kg (375lb) for 6 reps, gradually getting stronger! Set 2&3 I dropped the weight at 140kg for 12,10 reps then my final set I dropped it to 120kg and managed 10... this was only the start of the workout and dam it was a good one!!!

Had a great session tonight, my rotation included higher rep deadlifts aiming for 15 reps for the initial set. I performed 140kg (309lb) for 15,10 reps. When I get back to my low rep rotation I think I will be able to beat my 4 reps at 180kg (397lb) to get the required rep range of 5-6 reps

I need to wear these all the time ideally as I have varicose veins which I had stripped when
I was 15 years old and then injected in my early 20's but I still continue to have problems with varicose veins and compression tights help promote blood flow so I'm going to order a few more pairs to hopefully help them not get any worse!
