One of my favourites from last night #paleo dinner at Asana. This is our ho mak pla which is a steamed fish curry Thai style using snapper, red curry, coconut milk, eggs and kaffir lime served with a red curry sauce and fermented green papaya. Baby Zorro loves a little lie down in the day while Olly stands guard. I was fortunate enough to quietly sit with the boys for twenty minutes under the trees and listen to the birds and insects, find stillness and connect. #farmlife #yesterday In case you're wondering, the boys are wearing @wild_horse_australia protective covers to prevent any biting insects from stealing a tasty meal!

The girls planted these beauties about a month ago and they are ripe for the picking and absolutely delicious. Remember most non organic cucumbers have been sprayed so heavily with poison like tomatoes and berries so always grow your own or eat organic if you choose to eat these. #paleo #foodismedicine #growyourown #organic
