All these people commenting on Snoop without looking into the background.
This guy came up through Snoop Doggs youth program. He helped mentor and develop young people in the community. So I think Snoop is just commenting on a young man he cares about.

An endorsement by Snoop Dog, just exactly what the Cleveland Browns. I'm guessing Snoop and Josh Gordon are also tight. This team loses more credibility by the hour. The joke of the NFL continues.

He's potentially a generational tight end in the mold of Greg Olsen or even Tony Gonzalez if used properly. He's also one of the safest prospects in the draft cause there's not many holes in his game.
03/25/2017 at 20:15
Wasn't the guy from Princeton supposed to be a match up nightmare? No one matters until we get a QB. If we use 12 on a TE I'm gonna lose my mind. Plenty of good TE will be available down the road. Get a QB.
03/25/2017 at 20:00
If the Browns think any off these guys are generational players as others have suggested. Those players need to be their targets or they need to get a new career. Who wants low rate QBS anyway. I also believe their are tough safetys at least every other year. If the "Gen" guys are their we the right choice is to get them. If there that good they should be gone by 12 though.

They should bring Gordon back, he's cheap and could use him for the year they have left with him, just keep him for a year while Coleman develops another year, then hopefully he can be the 1wr they drafted to be. Pryor is gone. Let Gordon see if he can play and if he does good, trade him
03/25/2017 at 20:36
Not even in the league and already running over defenders. Lol Running over someone at UK or Georgia isn't quite the same as the next step.
03/25/2017 at 17:43
Great prospect for sure but with our improved offensive line (thx to free agency) I am expecting a better running attack anyway.

If the Browns choose this overrated punk at 12, I'm done with them. Played Defense for 3 years at TTUN had 1 interception that was a tipped ball....
03/24/2017 at 22:35
They needed him in 3 big games...against Iowa and Ohio State he did nothing....against FSU he was a no show...literally....
03/24/2017 at 22:37
And if he played for OSU you'd all be whining about how the Browns aren't drafting this awesome player. He'd be a great fit.

I have not seen any "analyst" say the QB's coming out this year should be starters their first year. One of the reasons Dak was so successful is the Girls had a good team around him.
03/25/2017 at 05:10
You can expect a QBs completion percentage to drop by 10 points going from college to the NFL. Kizer had a pathetic completion percentage of just 58.7% in college, so he might be below 50% in the NFL. Having a strong arm means nothing if you can't deliver the ball on target. Do you want another Brandon Weeden or another Derek Anderson?
03/25/2017 at 15:05
He's still the third best qb in the draft. Period. I am not really that big a fan of him. People make a big deal, but he really isn't that good. If this were a decent qb class, he might not even be a first rounder

watson threw 35int's in 2 years in the ACC and threw the ball at a measly 49mph at the combine, people really think he can drive the ball in the cleveland wind? His arm strength is less than Kessler
03/24/2017 at 15:47
Matt millers projected picks would benefit the browns so much more. Big time defensive stud to solidify our d-line and a big time WR matched up with a big veteran. Exciting position to be in!
03/24/2017 at 15:37
Trade pick 1 to Tennessee for picks 5,18, and third rounder. Shelf is empty and need more than one thing to make a difference. That would give us 3 picks in the top 18!

Garrett at #1, go ahead and grab a QB at 12 (Whichever one seems best who is still there of Watson, the UNC guy, or Kizer), then if Samuel is available in the 2nd I'd love to see that pickup.
03/24/2017 at 02:00
Any successful draft picks that came into the league already injured??? It scares me...
03/24/2017 at 02:03
His injuries may make him available at 12. It would be hard to pass on him.

People people people. Gordon NEEDS to be erased from your minds. He has proven he is unreliable...you can have all the talent in the world but if you can't get on the field, well. What's the point. He is a mess and it's time everyone parts ways and moves on and to answer the question...yes. we absolutely need to draft a WR.
03/23/2017 at 21:48
Could the browns be looking at Evan Engram, TE from Ole Miss?
He is the best receiving TE in the draft, has WR speed and hands and is a great route runner. A lot of his plays at miss he was sent out wide before the snap and was effectively a WR. Dude's going to be an all pro.
03/23/2017 at 21:40
We drafted how many receivers last season? Why would you draft another one early? They have no idea about last years rookies. They barely played. The PT was given to Hawkins and Pryor both who are gone. How was that for an investment?

The biggest mistake the Browns make every year is trade so far back all the top talent is gone. this year stay pat and take the number one player on the board. If you reach u will fail.
03/22/2017 at 21:26
Folks, he doesn't want to play for Cleveland, period. He won't sign for the Browns. If you pick him, trade him to another bad team for their top pick this year and the next two years.
03/22/2017 at 21:22
I say we follow tradition. Why make great choices now? Use both your 1st and 12th pick to get the two best kickers this draft class has.

to Josh Cribbs, the best return man to ever play the game. Thanks for giving us Browns fas something to cheer about and I wish you nothing but the best in the post pro football part of your life.
03/22/2017 at 20:11
Cribbs was lone exciting player for most of the time he was a Brown. His return ability changed the field position battle so many times. When the browns make return specialist a priority instead of rotating every fast runner they have on the roster they will improve. Anyone remember Eric Metcalf

It's a shame that The Browns didn't use him to his full potential regarding trick plays etc... I'd have lined him up at tail back too, like an old school I back and pitched him the ball on sweeps and off tackles 4 or 5 times a game. I bet he'd have broken a few. The guy was dynamic to watch
03/22/2017 at 18:57
Love the way he played. It was tough watching towards the end of his career with all the concussions. Hopefully he doesn't suffer any long term symptoms. "Cribbs to the house!"
03/22/2017 at 21:43
Most people remember 2007 for Derek Anderson, Braylon Edwards, and Kellen Winslow. I remember Josh Cribbs giving us shorter fields for the offense making it much easier to score. 3rd in the NFL in starting field position that year.

If he's still there in the 4th round (tongue in cheek), sure why not. Any pick before that, forget it.
03/23/2017 at 01:06
Why would you want to kill another QB? Build an O line, then get a QB! How many have to get creamed because the front office doesn't know how to build a solid line? We could have the best QB in the business right now but with this line they would be injured within 2 games!!! Get a clue!!!
03/22/2017 at 16:27
It'd be awesome to get this dude at #12 or move up higher to get him ... last time we had a winning qb consistently was Bernie- and he was from Ohio too. This is what's supposed to happen ... I hope ownership sees this .

Had a shirt that said "Hello" on the front and "Goodbye" on the back.
Great running back and receiver. Had a knee injury he came back from. One of my favorite Browns players out of Oklahoma.

I remember back when Tony Dorsett came on the scene and they asked Greg (or was it Mike) about pronouncing his last name and he said from now on he wanted to be called pru-ETT (a la Dorsett). That's my Greg/Mike Pruitt story. I always got them mixed up.

My all-time favorite Brown by far not even close. Never forget watching a game at the old municipal stadium with my dad, grandfather, and uncle. Pruitt took a pitch and went 78 yards for a TD against KC!

Don't fall for the "hometown kid" browns. This guy has bust written all over him. Go all defense and wr this year and draft the qb out of USC next year.
03/22/2017 at 00:15
Your right on Philip Sabo, but he's been doing that a lot longer than just one game. Ask Chuck Kyle at St. Ignatius. So tired of the wait until next year mentally that so many fans cling to. Draft him now, turn in the card.

He's the reason Stanford beat North Carolina in their bowl game. Almost constant pressure on the QB.

No qb in this draft is worth it. Tons of talent at other places in this draft. Don't reach for an average qb. Wait for the right opportunity. Browns keep reaching. Just stay where you are. Draft best player and improve the overall talent.
Ted F. Rouge
03/21/2017 at 20:08
It is a very strong defensive draft. I would not be against using the first 4 selections all on the D side. Build a great Defense and the rest will follow. They can go for the eye candy in 2018...!
03/21/2017 at 20:54
Garrett or Allen at 1, Hooker or Howard at 12, no qbs untill after the 4th, if at all. No trading the first 4 pic, get some D talent, and offensive weapons.

I hope the Browns use the 12th pick to draft Watson. If they don't feel he will be available at 12 then use some of those extra picks to move up a couple of spots to get him. To come out the 1st round with Garrett and Watson would be great. Not giving up on Kessler, the Browns still need another QB. I rather draft Watson than sign some other team's reject.
03/21/2017 at 15:50
Poor mechanics, bad footwork, bad release, no field vision, doesn't cycle through receivers, accuracy isn't that good. But hey, he can run atleast. Sorry, but Kessler is far better.
03/21/2017 at 15:48
Any guy that doesn't give credit to the fact he was surrounded by incredible athletes that helped pave the wave to showcase his talent is not a team champion and will eventually fail miserably
