An improvement but the steering wheel controls are awful. Still too much chrome and shiny materials on dashboard. With the sun at the right angle you cannot see your controls due the solar reflection.

"They willfully continued to infringe"... So the 1/2 billion would be just an ideal start to "atone" and appease the courts, anyone else pulls that stunt... They'd lose all earnings and still face jail & still a fine. Money always gives you the "Get out of jail free card". For those justifying what they did simply based on other company actions past or present, grew up with a participation trophy . Apple has been suit happy against many, many companies but when a University creator(s) & Qualcomm have both brought their companies actions to light... People still wanna laugh it off? Screw the rest huh?
I doubt it will transpire. Appeal, lowered then settled. For those egging this on, surely the company you support hasn't ever infringed to some degree. So get off your high horse and stop instigating.

Hmm 35k for a pretty boring electric vehicle (that just what I think) or a used 2012 Acura TL AWD with Advanced Package (my preference) with low miles for around 20k hmm idk what I'd choose. I'll wait 10 more years to get an electric car.

Why one CNET editor isn't ready to give up the human touch in these procedures:

I hope the needle this system uses is 100% non-ferrous or it will throw off the robotics aim. The electronics also have to be shielded or it will adversely affect imaging.
Cool idea in practice but only time and peer review studies will prove if it's more efficacious over a doctor doing the biopsy. Current methods are a giant PITA.
There's no replacing the Radiologist and Technologist in this procedure, but if it makes the operation smoother, more accurate, and less painful for the patient then it's definitely worth investing into.

Of course you can do better...buy the new Surface Pro! An iPad is so limited on what it can do. I was going to buy the new iPad Pro but decided to get the new Surface Pro because I realized how limited I was. Apple has so many walls put up to try to make their own name for themselves and it hurts them in the long run. Apple isn't innovating anymore. Btw, the new screen on the iPad has noticeable worse color accuracy and contrast than the last model. Pretty sad! At least Microsoft learns from their mistakes! So happy I didn't purchase the overpriced iPad- which is not a laptop replacement- the new Surface Pro is!
