2 cups Oats

1 cup coconut flakes

½ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup pepitas

½ cup pecans

½ cup hazelnuts

½ cup slivered almonds

2017 Lunchbox review: the definitive guide to lunchboxes

1kg large potatoes – peeled

We had the most beautiful & relaxing day at the beach today after spending most of the week at home as Miss 12 wasn't 100%.

It was 27 degrees here in Tasmania & simply gorgeous at the beach.

Nothing like fresh air, sand & salt water, playing with the kids & eating fresh cherries at the beach then home for a simple fish & salad for dinner.
