They should fit nicely with a thick insole with sparkly bits on them with a nice fur collar. Some nice pretty laces a small functional heel on them.....sorry I couldn't resist.

Stiffness is best, but don't underestimate girth as a factor too.

WTF have horses following the Vuelta got to do with the story? Was that the first thing you found upon google image searching 'Cyclist + Horse'? Or just really couldn't wait to shut your PC down at 5pm and thought 'sod it, I'm not paid enough for this shiz...'?
Whats baffling me is why cycling weekly use a pik from a tour race and horses abroad .and the other thing is where is the owner of the horse and if a brick had been thrown im sure you couldn't miss a horse and 1 little old brick in the middle of nowhere think there a bit of lying going on me thinks
yesterday at 16:11
In his 50's in a hi-vis jacket with a poodle. Not a typical description of a yob. There's more to this story than the horse rider is telling I'll bet.

Got sucked in by the hype and got 52/36 but now planning on changing to 50/34 so I can keep going on the steep stuff. Yes I need to lose some weight but in the meantime I have some hills to climb!
Definitely, many hills here in Barcelona, and I'm not a strong cyclist. I think this a new way to make people change their gear, if it works, why should I change it?. This debate looks like standard brakes vs discs brakes..

G.C.N did also did a sort of makeshift test between froomes high cadence and Quintanas lower cadence and concluded just about the same thing high cadence wasted a lot of energy 80- 90 rpm was actually faster
01/15/2017 at 22:14
50W at 110rpm is ineffective way of pedalling? Really? Waiting for an article saying that riding with engaged brakes is slow! :)
