After 5 weeks in the UK, Ireland and France it's time to head home. Thanks for having us and thanks to all the Wallabies supporters over here and back home - tough year but your support has been huge. Lovely walk around Hampstead Heath this afternoon before settling in for a solid day of travel. : @sampsonian #dpfb [ Ift.tt Link ]

Not the way we wanted to end the Qantas Wallabies season but congrats to England on the win.

Tough year with lots of learnings and things to build on. Thanks for all the support this year.

My last game in the green and gold for a while.
Gutted about the result last night. Lots of effort but we fell short.

Congrats to Ireland on the win and thanks for the hospitality this week.

Thanks to all the Wallabies supporters in the crowd and everyone watching at home for the support.

We're off to London this morning for another big week.

Been a long time since I've played alongside Kyle Godwin.

Really excited for him.

Itching to get out there tomorrow night after a big week of training.
That was a really tough game. Thanks for having us, Scotland.

Great to get the win in the end and celebrate Nick and Izzy's 50th caps.

First time I've played at Murrayfield - incredible ground and atmosphere.
Here's a link to watch big wave surfer Mark Matthews and I talk about how I prepare for games, dealing with and overcoming fear, dealing with injury, my poor surfing and some other stuff. 'The Joy of Fear' he calls it...

Thanks Adrian Steirn for your work.
Excited about Adrian Steirn's new project, Beautiful News. They're releasing a good news story every day for 365 days.

Here's a sneak peek at one of the stories that will be released this week. The world's most trafficked mammal, a group of extraordinary men, and Tikki Hywood Trust

Into our preparation for game vs Wales on Saturday.
Excited to be in the UK for the Spring Tour. What a great opportunity!

One thing I do miss while on tour is the odd treat after a big training day. Here's a recipe for Chocolate Ricotta Muffins using Professional Whey.

Enjoy and let me know what you think.

Gutted to miss the rest of the #RugbyChampionship.

Back in Canberra to work hard and hopefully be available for spring tour.

I can't say it better than the legend, Kurt Fearnley, so thought I'd just quote him here:
"Some of the most memorable moments are the hardest moments and they're the things that you eventually become most proud of. You know, those days when you wake up and you win,...

Today is World Rhino Day.

I was lucky last year to spend some time at Malilangwe in Zimbabwe with SAVE African Rhino Foundation.

Here's a video from a morning I spent training with some men taking part in a ranger selection course. These are the heroes of rhino conservation - spending their days and nights patrolling and protecting these amazing animals.
Getting a hand splint made to wear after surgery. All booked in for tonight. Thanks for all the messages.
