Seriously. I challenge you to do it! I know how hard it can be to just sit down, do nothing, and feel okay about kicking your feet up, but finding that time to just CHILL is as important as anything else. You totally deserve it after a long week. Let me know what your "chill day" looks like whether you're lounging on the couch or laying beneath the trees.
