Feeling very depleted from weeks and weeks of non stop training, eating and recovery. Not missed a single meal, session or physio appointment.

1 hour of truck pull training, 3 x 1 hour physio sessions, 1 hour stretching, 1 hour hot n cold Whilst fitting meals in between I'm about to go into my hyperbaric chamber for 90 mins before my main evening meal.

Physio No3.... 3 1/2 hours in total today of physio. Grab some food now and then head over to Mclub for a couple hours of hot n cold treatment with stretching. All before my hyperbaric chamber treatment tonight.

Still got a niggling shoulder so holding back a lot had a second MRI scan today so hopefully the doctor can get a cortisone in there tomorrow and can crack on hard for Europes and wsm.
