Nel nostro Paese lo spreco si misura in 12,5 miliardi di controvalore di generi alimentari che ogni anno sono smaltiti come rifiuti.

Ieri alla presentazione della nuova “Legge contro lo spreco alimentare e farmaceutico” presente anche Elena Cadel, ricercatrice BCFN e l'Onorevole Maria Chiara Gadda.
