I hate Cherry flavors so much. Cherry flavors are always extra fake, along with grapes and bananas. Hard to get a more natural flavor from those.

Pink is the best. Not red. Watermelon over cherry. Strawberry over cherry. Most flavors over cherry.

I know it won't fit the organic lobby and publications narrative; however, haven't any of those whom support the organic industry ever wondered why they won't interview farmers and provide honest coverage of why most won't/haven't transition? Think about that for a little while....
Yeah, you just need to talk to an old timer farmer. Everything has been organic since day one. We only hit that modified organics in the late 70's

The seeds are not wanted, the miracle nutrition is not wanted, they prefer hunger over poison food. But in USA....is blooming more and more only to go hand in hand with medical complications and....pharmaceutical empire.

for one thing the EPA is involved in the cover up that Monsanto has perpatrated on the people and its just a matter of time. The domino effect has started and there is no getting away from the real truth that we all know at this point. Monsanto is making us all sick in the name of profit.
03/22/2017 at 21:22
The EPA concluded last fall that glyphosate is unlikely to cause cancer. Other scientific groups have come to similar conclusions, including a committee from the European Food Safety Agency, another U.N. agency, the Food and Agriculture Organization, and just today, the European Chemical Agency, ECHA.

How To Make Farmers Love Cover Crops? Pay Them

Cover crops only treat a symptom. Farming itself needs to change. The solution is small scale permaculture/polyculture to feed the local population. Not the large acale monoculture system used now where most of what is grown is for animal feed or for export.
03/21/2017 at 23:14
There are a lot if farmers using cover crops. They may not be your conventional farmers but they are out there and they appreciate the benefits.

Mass farming of Bee honey and GMO pesticides used in Cheerios is slowly killing the bee population so lets plant a billion invasive wildflowers and still continue to kill the bees! Great marketing and a large portion of this country fell for it by ordering 10 times the amount...
03/21/2017 at 20:44
Disappointing that you shared an article not discussing two sides to the issue. It's a nice effort from GMs, sure, but why not also address the hypocrisy still present in their business (and the fact they're still not in favor of GMO food labeling--isn't transparency in food what Food Inc is all about?).
03/22/2017 at 01:39
I personally am not supporting Cheerios and General Mills for this. Get bee kits at your local garden center. Get bee plants that are NATIVE to your area. Dont help promote this or read more about it before jumping on the sheeple bandwagon.

Good eating habits start at home. If the parents eat processed and fast food, that's what the kids will eat. Kids who come from homes that prepare fresh, clean food are more likely to try healthier school lunches... though these children most likely bring healthier and tastier lunches from home.
03/21/2017 at 01:13
I find it interesting that on one hand we hear that so many children are hungry and their families have food insecurity. On the other hand they aren't eating the healthy food. If you are truly hungry you're going to eat what you're served.

The world wastes 50% of its production. Don't have a food shortage we have a distribution issue. There is also plenty of quality food! We could get rid of CAFOs and processed food. If we ate whole food and free range animals we would be a much healthier world.
03/20/2017 at 09:44
They won't double the food production, instead they are poisoning it in order to reduce the world population.
But no one seems to care!

My son is a picky eater and I'm an adventurous eater who often tries to get him to try new things. He's 15 and still refuses to try potatoes unless they are French fries! I think it's more complicated than environment and heredity.

Or maybe one appears to be a picky eater, or is mislabeled as one but has food allergies, so appearing to be a picky eater is a matter of life and death.
