Did you see the crowd of women marching in Washington and around the country yesterday? But one thing most of the media left out was that there were many women marching for the right to life—Good for them! I’m grateful they took a stand, even though they were ridiculed. They were standing up for lives that have no voice—the unborn. Before the march, Students for Life of America, told USA...

It was a privilege to attend the Presidential Inaugural Prayer Service at Washington National Cathedral this morning. My daughter Cissie Graham Lynch was one of those who led in prayer, and the church was packed for this powerful service. This was certainly a great way to start day #2 for President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.

It's an honor to read the Word of God at today's Inauguration for President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Mike Pence. Chairman of the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies, Senator Roy Blunt said in his remarks that today is a celebration of democracy. Today is also a celebration of God’s blessing and mercy on the United States of America. We need to make prayer for our...

Here’s a photo from this morning in the benediction holding room before the inauguration ceremony begins. It is a great privilege to be a part of this moment in history as Donald J. Trump and Mike Pence will be sworn in as president and vice president of the United States of America. I am looking forward to sharing God’s Holy Word from the podium.

It is finally #Inauguration Day! It's time for this historic ceremony and the peaceful transfer of power. President-elect Donald J. Trump will use two Bibles in the inauguration ceremony today—President Abraham Lincoln’s inauguration Bible and a Bible his mother gave him in 1955. For his swearing in, Vice President-elect Mike Pence is using Ronald Reagan’s Bible open to the truth of 2...

Thanks to Greta Van Susteren for having me on #ForTheRecord tonight to talk about tomorrow's presidential #inauguration and the work of Samaritan's Purse in Iraq. I told her I was honored to be asked to take part in the ceremony tomorrow—I’ll be reading from God’s Word.

In case you missed it, here's the video.

I told Fox News this morning that it wasn’t Donald J. Trump that divided this country, this country has been divided for a long time. As we are just hours away from inaugurating the 45th president of the United States, we need to all pull together as Americans. Prayer is what will make a difference—God has the answers, if we’ll look to Him. Last year I went to all 50 states and prayed with...

I’m in Washington D.C. and tomorrow morning I’ll be on Fox & Friends at 6:45—bright and early! I hope you can watch.

Then tomorrow evening I’ll be on Greta Van Susteren's “For The Record” program at her brand new MSNBC studio between 6:00 – 7:00 PM. I’m looking forward to seeing the new studio.

Then I'll be on Anderson Cooper 360 on CNN at 9:30 PM.

As I am on my way to Washington for the inauguration, will you join me in praying for the Bush family? Former President George H.W. Bush was hospitalized over the weekend and is in ICU, and now Mrs. Bush has been taken to the hospital. My parents counted this special couple as close friends over the years and enjoyed vacationing with them in Kennebunkport. This photo was taken of them, along...

Yesterday President Obama commuted the sentence of convicted traitor Chelsea Manning. Chelsea (born Bradley Edward Manning) was an Army intelligence officer who leaked U.S. secrets and was court-martialed and sentenced to 35 years in prison for violations of the Espionage Act in one of the largest breaches of classified material in U.S. history. It seems our outgoing president could care less...

As they meet in Davos, Switzerland, the World Economic Forum has concerns this year. This body of the world’s so-called elite have for many years been focusing on a one-world government and a one-world economy. They are shaken up because of Brexit (Britain making the decision to leave the European Union), the election of Donald J. Trump as president of the United States, and the rise of...

Samaritan's Purse has been working in Iraq for many years. We have an office in the northern part of the country in the Kurdish area. The Kurdish people have suffered greatly throughout history and especially under Saddam Hussein. They have been very welcoming to all of our Samaritan’s Purse staff, and over the last two years as Christians were forced to flee Mosul and the surrounding villages...

Today is Religious Freedom Day. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “There comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular, but he must take it because conscience tells him it is right.” Christians in America and around the world are taking that stand every day for their religious beliefs. As Tony Perkins said in this Fox News article, “Everywhere...

Did you hear about the controversy over a painting portraying cops as pigs that was on display at the Capitol? The decision was finally made to officially remove it—and it’s about time! Shame on Democratic Congressman Lacy Clay from Missouri who kept hanging it back up when it was taken down. After a year where violence against law enforcement was at a record high, our leaders in Washington...

A few weeks ago I told you about a boy we met in Liberia named Sampson who Greta Van Susteren is helping us bring to the United States for medical treatment. Sampson’s mother hasn’t been a part of his life and his father tragically died from the Ebola virus. Sampson has now made it to the United States where he will be evaluated for treatment this week, but he is feeling a little homesick. If...

Someone at the SC State Troopers office had a great idea to help hurting people. They were giving families who had lost loved ones in car wrecks a book about grieving that had some Scripture in it. Then one atheist—yes just one—came along and objected. She complained and wanted it stopped. Too bad this person had to spoil it for everyone else. And it’s really too bad that she doesn’t realize...

Social engineering? These generals are right—the focus of the U.S. military should be on defending our country, not on “social engineering.” This report says that under President Obama, the military was forced to bring transgender persons into the ranks, allow women into special operations forces, and stop the use of gender-specific words, all part of a "politically correct" liberal agenda. It...

Here are a few pictures from my trip to Iraq. Over 140,000 people have been forced to flee the city of Mosul since October as Iraqi and coalition forces clamp down on ISIS forces. Over 3,000 people a day are evacuating the city, many with life-threatening injuries. And there has been no trauma hospital for miles around─until now. Yesterday, I dedicated our 50-bed Samaritan's Purse Emergency...
