Talk about a totally tubular invertebrate! Sea stars use their many tube feet not only as a locomotive function, but also as a way to eat. They help to pry open shells of soon-to-be meals!

Look closely! Manta rays’ front lobes, also known as their cephalic lobes, aren't horns! They are fleshy, flexible, and frequently rolled forward except when feeding. They unroll their lobes at a downward angle to create a funnel, guiding its prey into its mouth. #FunFact

These aren't your typical catfish. These coral-dwelling fish are known as striped eel catfish and are the only known catfish to appear in coral reefs!
