During my time as a Pathfinder, I myself have personally built one of these structures on Eos, Voeld, Havarl, Kadara and Elaaden. I can vouch for their durability and sustainability; even in the harshest or most radioactive of climates. 10/10 would build again.

I'm curious about how those lights are powered and where the waste water from the sinks, bath and toilet is disposed and where fresh water is stored or provided.
I have an RV and without a power source, grey/black water storage tanks and water supply it's just a box with furniture.

This is easy and a great idea. The reason peoples seedlings don't make it is usually in the transplanting process. Here pot and all goes right into the ground.
I have used these for seed starting. I start all my flowers and veggies from heritage seed in a small unheated greenhouse. It allows for transplanting, after hardening off, without shocking the small plant. I have been using the same pot making form for six years. A very simple, practical way to start from seed.

Sounds like what it comes down to is personalities. I rather like the show AND the couple. Ben is a craftsman, Erin is an artist with an eye for design. Both are not afraid to dive into their projects, get dirty and meet challenges head on. They are from the South--genuine, down to earth ppl--complete different personalities than the superficial, glammed up Hollywood and Vegas type.
This show is not up to the standards of HGTV. The couple is very boring. They try to be funny, but it doesn't work. I am disappointed.
Oh Em Gee!! I laughed for 5 min tonight. "I'm not that scared of my 2 yr old daughter" That really broke me up. I really enjoy the show a LOT. I think it's every bit as good as Fixer Upper which I also enjoy. Ben isn't a complete goofball like Chip but honestly Chip gets to be a little much sometimes so I'm ok with that. I look forward to many more episodes.

Oh man I can't share a photo. I have no mud room so I found these old farm feed scoops I hung going down stairs to back door and they are great for kids shoes.

I would wrap or glue on to the towel holders non- slip type shelf liner. Looks like one little bump and some of those shoes would come off.

I started watching HGTV back in 1995. I loved the shows like room by room and Candice Olson's Devine design, I also watched it for the gardening shows. What happen to these types of shows? I'm so tired of house hunters, when that's what's on I watch a different channel.
04/25/2017 at 21:49
I thought they were going to give ideas for porches also.
04/25/2017 at 18:22
HGTV you need a new decorating show with things like these. Get rid of Flip or Flop and do some fun, affordable things.

Lost interest when they deceived the public with their lovey dovey pretend happy family photos, breakfasts in bed and fake smiles. Lets move on to different types of shows. too many flip shows.
04/25/2017 at 15:11
Perhaps HGTV could actually have some programming related to other aspects of the home and GARDEN, instead of a constant parade of flipping shows.

I won't be watching! I have started tuning into the Food channel on Thursday nights. Don't like the Vegas show either. **** HGTV please go back to the decorating shows, things like Color Splash, Design on a Dime, etc. These fixer upper shows are all becomming the same old, same old. ***

The peace sign was originally designed in the mid 60s for the Nuclear Disarmament movement. The graphic design artist put the semaphore signals for an N and a D together inside a circle. People, not everything you read on the internet is real. It became so popular that it came to symbolize peace in general.
Diana Esther Millican
04/25/2017 at 17:23
I don't think I would do the peace sign but the embroidery hoop idea is wonderful I don't know why I never thought of that before and it really does look very pretty I don't have a problem with the peace sign at all it's just not really my thing I would rather keep it as a regular wreath.

Nahhhh!!! I'll pass, they're very awkward and painful to watch and the guy seems like he's reading a teleprompter everytime he's in front of the camera. Please HGTV bring back more gardening shows like curb appeal or design on a dime where viewers can actually learn some tips in a small budget.

I love this show! Forget what all the haters are saying. The couple is adorable and sweet and dorky, and their work is beautiful. I adore the personal touches for each client, the realistic budgets, and the creativity and restoration aspect. People trying to compare them to Chip and Jo are comparing apples to oranges.
04/25/2017 at 13:35
I just can't with this show if it's on it's all for background noise. They just don't seem real and they seem very awkward with their customers. I thought they were going to be like jo and chip fun loving and all about family. But unfortunately they are nothing like them. And I don't like her style way too many knick knacks kind of clutters the space
