cyclists? they should all have insurance , the a menis to drivers
yesterday at 21:33
Pretty sure they should be paying road tax if they want things doing to the roads that benefit them directly. Mind you, the rest of us do and it doesn't seem to be the case. Sick of dodging pot holes and trying to guess how high the next randomly placed wonky speed bump is going to be.

Is this the least used cycle lane in England? Only ever seen one cyclist using it.

Police raids in Huddersfield town centre see 60,000 illicit cigs taken off the streets

Hardly £50,00o worth. 60000cigs equals 300 sleves @ £40 each totals £12K and 26KG of backi equals 520 50 gram packs @ £7 each= £3600 giving a total of £15, 640. The article reads "West Yorkshire Police teamed up with West Yorkshire Trading Standards, Wagtail UK tobacco detection dogs and other partner agencies including licencing and security staff during the operation on 22 July." - This means a massive amount of manpower and resources were used. I persoanlly would rather they used these kinds of resources to locate and deal with one of the many hundreds of paedos that have gone missing due to relocation in the uk. If the government didnt charge so much tax people wouldnt bother. The article also states "We were able to make the streets of Huddersfield safer" - the streets are no safer because of this waste of man power but they would be safer if we dealt with all the nonces on the lose.

Agree with Jay. Make shop bought baccy unaffordable and what do you expect. Hope there's plenty more sellers out there who don't get caught.
