Dr. Peter Scholten, Coordinator of the PhD programme at IHS, is representing IHS at COP 22, between 7 and 18 November. On invitation from the CECOEDECON NGOs coalition and the Ministry of Environment, he delivered a presentation in the India Pavilion, on Pre-2020 Actions and Ambition.
