-1 pre-cooked shank portion smoked ham
-1/3 cup soft dark brown sugar
-2 tbsp. mustard powder
-1 oz. Jack Honey
-handful of whole cloves

Directions: Combine brown sugar, mustard powder, Jack Honey, and whole cloves for glaze. Brush glaze generously onto ham and bake per instructions.
