It's a burger kind of Friday. We're thinking the Jamie's Italian Burger- pasture-fed beef patty with pancetta, balsamic onions, fontal cheese, tomato & our house special sauce in a brioche bun.
Our Cured & Crispy Fish Plank- Beetroot-cured salmon, roasted shellfish, smoked mackerel pâté & mini fritto misto with yuzu mayo, served with mini buffalo mozzarella, aged pecorino & chilli jam, pickles, olives & purple slaw.
We had a blast with all the budding young chefs who joined us this morning in Brisbane for Kids in the Kitchen.They learnt how to make nutritious and delicious dishes with our best chefs.
