So great news.... I was walking out of a cafe and--- you know when you don't realise there's a mini step and you suddenly just drop down a few inches and sort of scare yourself for like 1 second.... yeah that happened to me. So anyways, I totally landed funny on my ankle and now it hurts to walk on my treadmill so that's GREAT!! It's okay, I'll just do ABS
