Aramazd Andressian Jr. was last seen by his mother at Tuesday during a Skype video call from an unknown location.

His father was found passed out on a bench in Arroyo Park and he told police he does not remember what happened to his son.

More than 8,600 brick-and-mortar stores will close their doors in 2017, according to new research from Credit Suisse.

Last year, 2,056 stores were shuttered, while the worst year on record is 2008, when 6,163 stores closed down. Analysts point to consumers' increasing use of e-commerce retailers like Amazon as the reason for storefronts' decline.

The boy's mother, who shares custody with his father, reported him missing the father failed to drop their son off at their agreed upon location Saturday morning.

She last saw the 5-year-old, Aramazd Andressian, Tuesday evening via Skype. His father was found passed out in Arroyo Park a short distance from his vehicle early Saturday morning, police said.
