This recipe from my latest book is on my website now. I must have made thousands of these in my early days as a chef, served with a simple scoop of vanilla ice cream - so good!! Let me know if you try...

My friend Miguel Maestre has told me one day that Spanish were the first to creat sparkling wine, now he's going to tell me the first truffle came from Spain!!! Thanks to Josh and team Gourmet Life
Lemang rice!!! Coconut glutinous rice cooked in bamboo over an open fire usually eaten with Randang. A traditional Malay dish originating from the Dayak and Orang Asli tribes of Malaysia. I love this country and it's food.
Happy New Year everyone! We've been taking a break in Malaysia over the holidays so I figured it was the perfect chance to share one of Clarissa's recipes from my latest book - our fried rice. Let us know if you try it!

Just one taste of these potatoes from my new book #MorePleaseManu and you’ll be hooked!! The recipe is up on my website now. Garlic and rosemary add to the flavour of the dish but the duck fat really makes it special - if you're still looking for a final side for Christmas this is it!

I love making great tasting dips but when I don’t have time, I only trust Obela Australia dips because you can see what you're getting - there's nothing hidden by foil.
Don’t let your guests be foiled by bad dip this Xmas.

I am a proud Ambassador for Chasseur AU NZ and a friend of Global Knives AU NZ
The comments in the Good Guys lift out in yesterday’s Daily Telegraph were not made by me.
My advice is always to buy good quality cookware and kitchen knives.
I am disappointed to have been misrepresented in this way as I have been a fan of Chasseur since growing up in France.
