I had an amazing day at ProRaw yesterday and came away with a 865kg total which is 30kg total PB. I finished with a 300kg squat (15kg), 210kg bench (5kg PB) and 355kg (5kg PB) deadlift and the heaviest in my class, which placed me fifth out of 11 very talented competitors.
