The cool night air provides the perfect temperature for harvesting our Semillon. Machine harvesting at night helps us get the grapes off the vines and into the winery quickly, protecting the juice.
Vintage is the busiest time of year in winemaking as grapes are harvested and the winemaking process begins. These 77 year old Hunter Valley Semillon vines produce excellent quality fruit, used to make our Bin 9000.
