After his brilliant 38-point performance last night, Casper now holds the record as the highest scoring Melbourne United player to date.

He replaces Steve Holt who held the record of 33 points against Perth last season.
Melbourne fought hard on the road for a comeback win, slashing a 15-point disadvantage to just one during the final quarter, but came up short 92-89 against the Perth Wildcats last night.

It went down to the wire, but the Wildcats held on at home to take the W.

Casper Ware was outstanding with 38 points (8 three-pointers), Moore was again solid with 20 and Goulding finished with 13.

We head to Sydney tomorrow in preparation for Game 2 of our double header on Sunday.
It's been blow for blow out here in The Jungle. Wildcats hold the lead but only just!
