Warm up - x trainer 5 min then.....
Everything 20sec on 10 secs off for 4mins
1. Xtrainer level 12 (4min)
2. Deep squats 20kg or more (4min)
3. Xtrainer level 12 (4min)
4. Pulldowns med weight (4min)
5. Treadmill sprints (4min)
6. Static lunges 20kg (2min) R leg (2min) L leg
