Did not feel like training today...eghhh. So, I let my timers take care of the thinking I just had to grit my teeth and do the DO!

Xtrainer - 4min steady pace med level - 4 min tabata fast and high level
Treadmill - 4 min 12km - 8 min tabata 16-17km
One arm overhead dumbbell press (alt arms) - 4 min tabata
Squats and push ups (alternate) - 4 min tabata
Basic crunch - 4 min tabata
