All our happy friends on social media can make us feel even more down, especially when we're not feeling great about ourselves. Filmmaker Paul Howard Allen and GP Dr Simon Braybook both experienced negative feelings interacting with social media. Paul made a film about it, “All My Happy Friends”, and with Simon they’ve written a blog on the pros and cons of using social media.

And that’s what Catherine, Harry and I want to do – we want more people to be having those conversations.” The Duke of Cambridge.

We're excited to announce the new Moonpig 'Thinking of you' range.

Today has been dubbed 'Blue Monday' by some, but we don't agree. Depression happens any day of the year.
Moonpig's collection of cards and a bouquet are there for you to send friends and family to let them know you're thinking of them - and raise money for Mind at the same time.

Last year at Christmas I was really struggling. I called the Mind Infoline and we talked about things that might help, including things I could do to make me feel calmer. One of the things they suggested was drawing, so I drew Christmas cards for my family.

This year, I’m so proud to be sharing one of my cards, on behalf of Mind, to say Happy Christmas.
