BLACKMAIL! MPs fear Blackmail surely if you've done nothing wrong you have nothing to fear. What sort of things could they have doing, Tory Paedophiles, Receiving Bribes, Expenses Fraud, Bribing Foreign Countries, Colluding with Dictators, Cutting Corners like Grenfell, Cheating at Election time. The list goes on and on most of them should be very worried most are as bent as a nine bob note CRIMINALS.

The Looney left Labour Party members/voters don't like the truth
just blabber and waffle on about how wonderful it would be bringing the country to a halt, the young don't remember under a labour government how the tried to bring the country to a halt with constant stupid demands and strikes by labour run unions.

I think to threaten him and his family is very wrong! No one should live in fear! If he has done something wrong let the law deal with it! If he has that does not mean his family are guilty of anything! The people who do these things should also have the police deal with them

I was on a ward visiting my husband yesterday, all but one member of staff were from the EU on the 12.5 hour shift, the other nurse was from Scotland, it may not be representative across the whole of the NHS, but it is very great cause for concern.

Time we kicked out Hunt and Mae keep the doctors and nurses. Its the people who just come to get benefits and houses that should be kicked out. We even keep some in prisons they are better off than a lot of our own people.

Maybe if she wanted to show the armed forces some respect, she would fund them properly and look after the ex-servicemen and women properly.
That would be respect.
With her continued cuts to the armed forces and the rising number of homeless ex service personnel, to show up at this event is more a sign of a total lack of respect!

A very good article. Politicians of both parties are struggling on which way to go. For the Tories it is toxic for Labour it could be their route back to power. The ones that suffer from Cameron's attempt to buy favour with the right wing of is party is all of us. Uncertainty does not lead to a strong and stable country
06/24/2017 at 08:19
I'm not sure it won't happen, more something that says we are out although really we will still be in to some degree, a bit like the election results recently, both sides had degrees of wins and losses.

The country desperately needs a decent person as leader, with decent principles, representing decent policies. I don't know what is the answer but I know it's not the Tories and the DUP, and I know it's not May.
06/23/2017 at 14:18
Why wasn't he elected then? He should have entered a coalition he wont be there at the next election plot 2 will have already started and the plotters who tried to unseat him as leader are right bye his side who keeping the enemy closer?
06/24/2017 at 12:36
I really don't know why we have elections or referendums. Nobody wants to abide by the results. They would rather send the UK down the toilet. For the good of the country shut up and stop all the uncertainty. Wait until the next elections and then see if you are actually able to WIN.

May just does not have what it takes to be a good leader, I listened to her earlier hoping on hope something positive my come from her, she is fumbling and unsure, someone giving her false hope, I think she would like to stay in the EU. Could it be her husband forcing her to do something she doesn't want. He needs checking out with his suspicious job.

How come, in a large Cabinet, her lone voice swung it? I mean she's horrible, but how pathetic does that make Cameron, Osbollocks etc look?
06/24/2017 at 12:05
She thought she got the Queen's Role instead of PM and started her dictatorship. The Tories are a selfish party than has nobodies interest at heart only their own. Let us have another election and get rid of them once and for all

As per usual, gov't acts AFTER something terrible happens. What about having safeguards already in place? Oh silly me, I forgot it's the Tories after all. Cutting corners, has cost many lives since coming to power.
06/24/2017 at 16:20
Regulations don't matter if they are ignored and not enforced. And it you can be sacked for stopping steel shutter being put over fire door in school profit will always come before public protection.
06/23/2017 at 17:39
Maybe I'm naïve but is it Govt's job to ensure regulations and laws are 'fit for purpose'? It should never have been allowed to happen, it might not be the direct fault of this Govt, but they occupy the office that is responsible now and they should be held accountable. All involved should be banned from ever taking public office or holding directorship of a company as a minimum, let alone crimal charges for those directly responsible.

Grenfell Tower victims could soon be hit by the Bedroom Tax

What's the answer? Scrap the bedroom tax. Just another way to humiliate working class people and make them even poorer. People who never owed rent in their lives have become debtors because of the bedroom tax.
06/23/2017 at 12:32
why do the media make out that all the victims are claiming benefits and not working when that isnt true, the bedroom tax doesnt affect people who work, they are just causing more bias. the bedroom tax only targets the poor
06/24/2017 at 06:30
None of them would pay it, well the illegals living there wouldn't and probably the rest are on benefits so they wouldn't either. More political point scoring from a left wing rag.
