Made a Greek salad today and thought I'd share this tip with you guys as it's saved me throwing out and wasting leftover slimey, stinky, mouldy feta - keep your leftover feta in a container filled with brine (1 cup cold water to 1 tablespoon salt) in the fridge and it will last for a couple of weeks (not a few days like when you wrap it back up in the packet).
