INNER THIGHS AND ABS
Here is a way to work those abs and inner thighs with a stability ball!
1. Press your lower back into the ground (flatten out the arch)
2. Place the ball between your legs and squeeze the stability ball using those thighs
3. Sloooooowly lift and lower!
