I learned to do handstands, headstands and chin-ups just a few years ago. It took some time to work up to these things and I was "told" at my age it would be near impossible.

With two surgeries and some injuries this year (not related to those exercises lol) I took almost a year off of working out and lost all my strength. I was bummed, depressed and scared I'd never get my strength back....

The lebert bars are some of my favorite exercise equipment. Using your own body weight can sometimes include equipment and I absolutely including these bars into my workouts! If you don’t have these bars, do these workouts on the floor and get creative! Let’s do this!

1. We stop progressing. We do the same workout we did 20 years ago and wonder why they aren't working anymore - we HAVE to "progress" in order to challenge our muscles- change it up!
