Tossed and turned all night and woke up sad but I know she's in a better place today.

2. Lower Leg Lifts - keep that lower back planted on the floor

Quickie booty builder this morning! Do it with me!

Glute Bridges- Lying on your back, feet flat under your knees, lift your glutes up and down off of the ground. (30 seconds)
Then extend one leg out lifting and lowering. (30 seconds each side)

Two moves to work your FULL BODY this morning!

Extended reverse bridge variations- In the reverse bridge position with your feet extended out away from your body, tap each heel alternating side to side. (30 seconds)
