Baked in Want some?

2 large tomatoes
2 tbsp of parmesan cheese
2 tbsp sliced basil
2 eggs
salt & pepper to taste

Directions: preheat oven 450
Cut top of tomato off & gently scoop out as much as you can with a spoon.

Crack egg & drop into hollowed out tomato.

Season with salt & pepper & top with cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes and then
remove from the oven and top with freshly chopped basil.

Handstand walk up and down- Bending down in front of a wall, hands on the floor. Place feet on the wall and walk them up as you walk your hands back, so that your body is straight. Then reverse the move walking your hands out and your feet down the wall.

YUMMMMMY! Loaded sweet potato skins!

Ingredients:
4 sweet potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup coconut milk
¼ tsp himalayan salt
pinch of ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheese (white cheddar & mozzarella)
2 strips of turkey bacon
garnish with chopped chives or green onions

Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Side plank push up- In the plank position with your left foot on top of the right, do a pushup, cross the left foot on the floor and reach up with the left arm. Repeat other side. Do each side for 30 seconds.

Morning! Standing leg toner this morning! Bonus points for doing it again at lunch!

Standing behind a chair with left hand on the chair, lift right leg across your body leading with your heel. Then lift right leg out to the side. Turn around and repeat with the left leg.

PITAYA bowls! Super easy and yummy if you want to try this week :

1 frozen pouch PITAYA (dragon fruit)
1/4 cup coconut cream
1/8 cup coconut milk
1 tsp chia seeds

Blend and top with chopped pecans , raw cacao nibs and shredded coconut
