3-minute ultimate fat melter! I know you can do this!

From a pushup position, jump out and in like you’re doing jumping jacks. (60 seconds)
Then bring your knees up to the same side elbow. (60 seconds)
Alternate left knee to right elbow, and vice versa. (60 seconds)

Curry Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
4 oz cooked shrimp
3 tbsp greek yogurt
2 tsp curry powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp rice vinegar
½ cucumber, julienned
½ red pepper, julienned
1 tbsp sliced basil
3 butter lettuce leaves as cups

Chicken Avocado Sticks

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
juice of 1/2 lime
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups shredded chicken
6 fresh cut celery sticks

INNER THIGHS AND ABS

Here is a way to work those abs and inner thighs with a stability ball!

1. Press your lower back into the ground (flatten out the arch)

2. Place the ball between your legs and squeeze the stability ball using those thighs

3. Sloooooowly lift and lower!
