Reverse bridge sit throughs- In the reverse tabletop position, engage your core and lower your torso down between your hands so your hips even with your shoulders. Then bring your torso back up to start. Do this for 30 seconds.

Turkey Stuffed Bell Peppers for a healthy alternative to Taco Tuesday!

Ingredients:
3 bell peppers
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ diced yellow onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup fresh diced tomatoes
1 lb ground turkey breast
2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp pine nuts
¼ cup fresh basil
½ tsp himalayan salt
¼ tsp ground pepper

Two ways to try:

1. Rock forward and back (how long can you hold?)
2. Knee to elbow (aim for a MINUTE)

Kiwi Salsa with Shrimp -- yummy

1/4 diced yellow pepper
3 tbsp white onion
1 small tomato diced
1 kiwi skinned & diced
1/4 avocado diced
1 tbsp cilantro
juice from 1/2 lime
3 jumbo shrimp

Add ingredients to a bowl, garnish with shrimp, and cover in lime juice!

Get up and do this Booty Quickie workout!

Donkey kick variations- On your elbows and knees, lift right leg with knee bent, lift and lower. Then straighten your leg and lift and lower. Repeat other side.

Do this one with me! Mini chair workout (or couch!) Just get moving!

Chair squats- Standing in front of a chair, slowly squat down until you are sitting in the chair, then bring yourself back up to standing. Repeat. Standing on right foot extend left out in front of you, single leg squat down to sit in the chair, bring yourself back up with single leg to stand. Repeat on left leg.

DIY Italian Dressing - because did you know that most salads are healthy until you add the icky processed store brand dressing? THIS ONE is unprocessed and delicious!

Ingredients:
¼ cup Olive oil
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
½ lemon juiced
