Brady is always in the mix. The dude has been tobthe dance almost jalf of his career. Ben is in the mix with 2 rings, and three appearences with crazy offensive weapons and getting Bryant back. If Carr remains healthy this Raiders team has a real shot.

Derek Carr, now that you're the highest paid player in NFL history, what are you going to buy?

I was one of the people saying he didn't deserve it at first but after seeing this can tell he has a good heart. People like that deserve the good that comes their way.
This is why Brady and the Pats continue to be the best year in and year out! Brady takes pay cuts so they can pick up multiple players and make a killer stacked squad! I mean the Raiders will no doubt be good like last season but they won't beat the pats! No way!
Carr is one of the humblest nfl player you'll see. He's done great for the 559 valley children hospital and I'm sure that's where some of his donations will be going.
It's fine you don't like the football player but YOU CAN'T HATE THE MAN!

Take down the Patriots? hahahahaha absolutely not!! Just cuz they spent too much money on a QB doesn't mean they are Patriot ready lol. Dumbest question on the internet right now. lol
yesterday at 21:39
There is no team in football as well balanced as the New England Patriots. The Raiders are setting up Derek Carr to be what Peyton Manning was, great statistical quarterback with mostly a non existent defense. Should have invested a lot more money in stopping the juggernaut that Tom Brady and the Patriots offense is.
Other teams always in the "win now" mode. No one can build and sustain a franchise like Belichick and I'll go a few years further back than that and say in the last 20 years, since the Super Bowl with Green Bay, no franchise has been as consistent as New England. Take notes other franchises and quit dropping huge amounts of money on relatively unproven, consistent, talent

I really dislike this show. The constant yelling and talking over each other is beyond annoying. The constant use of pop culture references and trending words or phrases is a pathetic attempt to be millennial relevant. Nate Burleson is the only one that makes any sense. I change the channel from the NFL network if Good Morning Football is on. I wish they would bring back NFLam.
I'm amazed how Merriman still gets tv gigs talking football today. He was only good for about 2-3 years and then vanished after he was busted for using performance enhancing drugs.
I watched this show for about a week... this show is horrible. They talk nothing about football stats, they are more about the diva life football.

Not once did he even mention Maliek Collins dude is going to be a stud at the 3 technique he had 5 sacks as a rookie that's impressive for a DT he lead all rookie dt's in sacks

It's obviously Sean Lee, if anybody says otherwise, they don't watch much football.

Don't give up on D-Law (Demarcus Lawrence) just yet. Hopefully his head has been relocated above his shoulders once again. The guy has a ton of upside. Which he has shown flashes that he can be the "guy" up front.

They've been planning for this for two years. The Raiders roster is littered with front loaded free agency deals that will be released next year and the year after with no penalty. Reggie is the best cap GM in football. He's not about to let his prize drafting walk out the door. The Raiders core will remain intact for their entire careers.
Geez the hate for Derek Carr is real, I don't understand why people can't show respect where it's due. Haters really wanna see the Raiders fall apart 😂
yesterday at 16:19
Good luck keeping that oline together. Now they are in the same situation as the Hawks except the hawks already had a SB and a good defense. The raiders were so desperate to be relevant that they signed him probably 2 years before they had to.

Because Nate Burleson played without gloves right? Anyways, they wouldn't play without them. Half of these "amazing" catches would be drops and the NFL wouldn't ban them because it would help lower scores a little bit and cause people to stop watching because people get bent over for offenses
yesterday at 05:27
I'd bring back the hard hitting safeties like Dawkins, Lynch and etc to bring some of these diva receivers back down to reality. A lot of these guys are going to be getting hall of fame numbers without truly earning them like rice, holy, and TO. Say what you want but a lot of receivers wouldn't handle hits from Lott and Dawkins coming across the middle.
Mitchell James Adams

Steve Largent, caught everything that went his way. Wish the Hawks had drafted Warren Moon, they already had Zorn.

I think he only finished outside the top 100 because he got hurt and couldn't finish the season. If I remember correctly there was a point, maybe week 7 or week 8 and he was leading the entire league in rushing yards, right? I'd put him in the 95-100 range for sure
yesterday at 02:35
They left off Jordan Hicks who led all linebackers in INTS and was by the numbers the best coverage linebacker last year
yesterday at 02:10
He wasn't a top 100 player. Average less than 4 yards/per, less than 1,000 yards, he was the 13th best rb. I think he is a good player just didn't quite get into the 100 best this year

The Ravens defense has a chance to be the best in the league. IF, and it's a big IF, one or two key guys step up on offense, AND Flacco plays like he did pre injury, the Ravens certainly don't seem to be intimidated by the Patriots.
06/22/2017 at 23:02
Biggest Threat to the New England Patriots?!?
Eli Manning and the New York Giants.
06/22/2017 at 23:02
Raiders! They got the offense, and they got the pass rush in Mack & Irvin. I would love to see Mack sack Brady in front of the Black Hole on 4th down to end the game.

Once again you were talking about something totally meaningless and pointless cuz there's no expansion draft what is the point of talking about this????? Oh annd you're telling me the MVP of the NFL wouldn't be kept. IDIOTS everywhere.
06/22/2017 at 21:34
Julio Jones was arguably the best player on the field for SB51. You gotta keep that guy. He's a physical freak that catches everything.
06/22/2017 at 21:44
I should say Freeman and Coleman but truthfully backs are replaceable with a good oline

I'd keep Collins and obj and a younger star maybe sterling shephard.. or a defensive guy because Eli manning is already in his, with, what mid 30s you gotta think longer term then just 5 years
06/22/2017 at 20:33
Eli would be a bad choice.. does an expansion team want a 36 year old QB , or do they want to build for the future, knowing early success is rare... IF there was an expansion, Odell, Collins, and put some trust in Bobby Hart
06/22/2017 at 20:04
MAYBE just Landon Collins. The rest of them are trash. Every other one of their players can get replaced by any average player in the NFL!!

Carr, Stafford and Cousins all have one thing in common. They've never won anything. So let's ask for even more money so we can hold onto even less talent. 👍 All while driving up the price for other mediocre QBs.
06/22/2017 at 18:56
Neither of them have really proved anything out of the ordinary. Then again, Carr's not there yet either and look at what he's got now.
06/22/2017 at 21:07
Brady should be getting 30 mil a yr. his consistent record over time proves his value. The others, nope

Man we're a 7-9 team. Yea people will look at my Bills as a horrible team but to be honest the difference between 7-9 and 9-7 ain't that much. A couple plays. We had no discipline and that lost us 2-3 games easy. Bills competed in just about every game. Poor coaching was the issue rather than roster.
06/22/2017 at 18:06
No they are not better than a Miami. The Dolphins will win 11 or 12 games this season 5-1 in the AFC East. The Dolphins have improved their defense and their offense of line their defense should be in the top five this season
yesterday at 10:27
No. 7-9. 8-8 at best, losing Gilmore will hurt. Losing woods will hurt them more then they thought it would same as Gillespie cause he was a good change of pace from McCoy and they still haven't done anything to improve the passing game.

Derek Carr said he wanted to make a "Team friendly" deal. This is not it in my opinion .. they better win the SB this year or else people are gonna start leaving because they aren't getting paid enough. I'm a diehard Oakland Raider fan. And wish the team the best. Derek is going to be the next great Raider QB but a little too much my friend .. especially since you cant consistently beat KC.. and are injury prone.. and have to pay other players. We'll see.
06/22/2017 at 15:09
As a Baltimore fan, when Flacco did this it absolutely destroyed our cap space and off-season potential. Hopefully Carr makes the most of it
06/22/2017 at 15:07
He better stay healthy cause if he goes down..They might not be able to afford another decent qb,just like he is...HAHAHAHA!!!
It was bound to happen sooner or later..This will put the raiders back another 14 years if he turns out to be as good as Mark Sanchez..

They can't deal with the pats even with him. The pats have always had the Steelers number the Steelers are a decent team they just can't match well against the pats that just utterly wreck them on all 3 phases of the game and Brady is 10-2 against them all time.
06/22/2017 at 14:33
Steelers are changing their coverage defense from zone to man some, per Mike Tomlin. If the Steelers had home field advantage and a great man to man defensive coverage, then they definitely can beat the Patriots. No doubt! So the the only teams that could really contend against the Pats in the AFC are the Raiders, Steelers, and Texans (Defense is great, but QB's is a question again).
06/22/2017 at 16:17
I love ya Deion, but sorry man, because either with or without Bell, Pittsburgh doesn't stand a chance nor does anyone else for that matter. The offseason the Pats just had was like no other and if this was Star Wars it would be The Empire Strikes Back, because New England is setup to go 19-0.

early in his career everyone including himself thought Chad Johnson was a HOF , let the kid finish his career before we put him in Canton
06/22/2017 at 03:47
But is Amari Cooper better than the 95-96 Chicago bulls team?
06/22/2017 at 05:44
Yes Agree, love watching Cooper but this guy needs to play his Career then we can Start talking Hall Of Famer, until then just sit Back and Watch this guy be Great. Because if Derek Carr and Cooper stay together I'm sure he will have a good shot at being a Hall Of Famer.
