My training session was rubbish today. From the moment I un-racked the bench press I felt as weak as p*ss. I couldn't stay tight & I felt like I genuinely needed a spotter because there was a good chance I'd eat steel. I didn't get through my target volume either because I had some discomfort in my left elbow. I walked out of the gym feeling deflated AF.
