#ONRecipes – Blueberry Protein Yogurt Bites
Ingredients: 2 tsp honey, 1 cup of plain yogurt, ½ cup fresh blueberries, 1 scoop Gold Standard 100% Whey, ¼ cup almonds.
Directions: Mix yogurt, whey and honey. Stir the mixture in almonds and blueberries. Spread on a try to freeze for 2 hours. Serve chilled.
