Sometimes big dreams start small. Our boat builders are helping kids realize their dreams of sailing – and maybe even in the America's Cup someday – by beautifully refurbishing and donating 30 Optimist dinghies to benefit youth sailing with America's Cup Endeavour Program. Great work guys! #TeamThursday
