Milt Jackson was born on January 1st, 1923 in Detroit. It was in 1981 that Milt and OP released "Ain't But a Few of Us Left" with Grady Tate and Ray Brown - Verve Records. This record is the one that OP called his favourite that he ever released. We hope you enjoy the title track off this record, as we celebrate Milt's genius.

The record was initially supposed to have vocals, but OP had a cold at the time and decided that he would rather not do a whole vocal album. So the vibes were added!
