Parafed Northland is offering members an opportunity to get out on the water and learn to sail with the Bay of Islands Yacht Club.
Every Thursday from 3.30 - 6.30pm and Sunday from 10.00am - 1.00pm starting 23 February.

Kerikeri #Paralympian Chris Sharp, will be coaching those involved, while also completing the 'Learn to Sail' module from Yachting NZ.

A new name in Para alpine skiing is making himself known... Congratulations to Kiwi Para athlete Aaron Ewen who finished third in the Giant Slalom at Park City last week. This is Aaron's first season of international competition!

Over the weekend #Paralympian Mary Fisher - Paralympic Swimmer celebrated competing in the Tarawera Ultramarathon, with an amazing team of guides and supporters.
The team missed the Tarawera Falls cut-off time, however were ecstatic to have completed 62km of run-walk-slide-clamber-scramble-sidle in gorgeous weather and company of lovely volunteers and other runners.
