Meet Raise a Bundle baby Tessa! Tessa is 13 weeks old and here is her first smile caught on camera

“She is such a happy wee girl. She loves it when her big sister Tahlia (5 years) talks to her and will either give her the biggest, gummiest smile ever or start cooing away. They really do have a special sisterly bond already” says mum.
