I was being questioned on a murder trial. The defense attorney asked me if I looked everywhere for the murder weapon; I said " I didn't check your house. " but yes everywhere on the scene.

Good for him, quite a talent.
Maybe your boys should have taken him to jail, instead of trying to get their faces on tv. Or just shoot him, I'm sure they could have come up with some sort of "we feared for our lives" Nice work boys too bad none of the costs to fix the units will come out of your pockets.

Ok seriously, how does this happen?!? One can not help but laugh a little... They catch him smoking weed, so they obviously know he has a lighter. They finally catch him and put him in a patrol car that he subsequently lights on fire. Then they put him in another car without making sure he doesn't have the lighter he smoked with and lit the first car on fire with... and the same thing happens! Not condoning his actions, but there seems to be some mutual accountability on this one. Lol

I have no problem with the blue lives matters part, but stealing the skull from the Punisher is a little tacky, especially when you take into account that he's a vigilante that executes people without due process. Also probably a good way to get sued by Marvel & Disney
today at 04:07
Professionalism means not doing immature stuff. Having a symbol of a character that kills outside of the law and answers to no one....Was a horrible idea.
Some people are focusing on the wrong thing here. The punisher skull is the reason it was removed not the blue lives matter saying. Does it look cool? Yes. Is it unprofessional and stupid to put a symbol of death and vigilante on a police vehicle, definitely. Opens them up for criticism, lawsuits and lost cases. Not a smart move to put them on there in the first place. This is night and day different from putting in God we trust on the car and standing up to critisism about it

This employee deserved to be fired and the company gets a thumbs up from me on their quick response and their donation which they didn't have to do. I wish all establishments would make these kinds of donations when employees disrespect law enforcement officers and/or as a general part of their yearly donations to needy organizations!!
Donation was nice but the firing was the best course of action.

I hope that they put the reason for that employee getting fired into his work records so that any other emplyor will know what kind of trash they will hiring !!!!

Polygraph. Border Patrol has the highest fail rate (60%+) and people get failed because the examiner "got a bad vibe." There was an investigation being launched into it. Hopefully this gets straightened out.

Everyone keeps screaming "hire veterans" you think they don't recruit from the military, you think that every veteran wants to be in law enforcement? Don't you also think that a military veteran has given and risked enough that if they chose to, they can say, "I've done my time on the line, now I wanna quite job and a normal life."

Or we could do what some other nations do and make power Armed Forces part the armed patrols that secure a border. I see nothing wrong whatsoever with having army soldiers, u.s. Marines, and other members of our military conducting armed patrols of our borders especially our Southern border.

I don't care if he was 17 yrs old, he killed an officer, he knew right from wrong. He was sentenced to life no parole, and that was changed, and just because he found prayer that makes him a changed man. Nope I don't buy that!

Sounds like the parole board members belong in adjoining cells next to the cop killer.

And where is that POS supposed to go? What will he do? Oh yeah, probably kill someone else and end up right back in prison. Of course it had to be California too.

Sorry but all of you calling the officer patient and saying they show great restraint and control are wrong. They show hesitation and put a bunch of citizens in unecesarry danger. A taser is never an option when someone is holding a gun and never double wielding a taser and a rifle... they allowed a man to be taken hostage and the situation was reaolved when an officer with enough cojones showed up on scene and took suspect down... these officers need to be retrained...

I'm glad no one else was hurt but they waited way to long. They allowed him to walk so far he was able to grab a hostage. That bystanders life was put in grave danger, it shouldn't have happened. I understand the times, but a non compliant suspect with a gun is a deadly threat. They put themselves at a position to react to his movement (OODA Loop).
Also, the double fisting of two weapons is NEVER a good idea, for so many reasons, just bad tactics.

'State law also makes it illegal for state and local law enforcement to detain anyone solely for immigration purposes.' Why?
'Undocumented immigrants play a significant role in the state’s workforce — making up about 9 percent of all workers in California, second only to Nevada’s 10 percent, according to the institute’s data.'
Why are we allowing illegals? We sound like we can’t live without them. Migrant workers have always been welcome LEGALLY - with green card, work visa.

Watching the Sheriff and other local municipalities sit idly by as ICE takes their neighbors away for unknown reasons builds trust, huh? It's like 3rd Reich Germany when jews were being taken from their homes and the neighbors could only watch and the police did nothing. I know if my neighbor was loaded in a wagon by federal agents and the County Sheriff refused to respond, It wouldn't be a trust building exercise in my eyes.
But there are components of illegal immigration that DO impact local crime issues. This absolute refusal to work with ICE is shortsighted. Let us all hope that one of our children is not the next Kate Steinle.

OMG! Yes! No turn signal gets you a citation from me . No excuses. Remember folks, when using a turn signal to change lanes in traffic you are notifying other drivers that you intend to change lanes. If I have to stop on my brakes to avoid hitting you, guess what, you are getting a citation.

Been my pet peeve for a long time. I'll write these All Day Long. If they fail to signal at least more than One time! I call them "Lazy Careless Drivers" because the Turn Signal Switch is much Closer than the buttons on the FM radio and if u wanna change the radio station they don't hesitate to Reach.

Great video...but the trooper didn't "invent" the wheel...I use this "story" to every motorist that I stop for a warning or to write them a ticket, since I don't know when...An easy way to alarm drivers to a self described subject....
