The Clean Truck Program reduced the rate of port truck emissions by an estimated 70 percent in its first year. When the program was fully implemented in 2012, port truck emissions were reduced by more than 80 percent. Today, the program has reduced air pollution from harbor trucks by more than 90 percent!
